What you share

When you join, we save your email address, the registration and consent dates, the wording you accepted, and the versions of these terms and this privacy notice. We use this record to manage the early access list and your permission to receive launch and early access emails.

Where the information goes

The list is stored in a database on the server hosting the Inkspect app. It persists when the app is updated. Registration does not send a confirmation email or share your address with an AI provider. We do not sell the list or use it for unrelated advertising.

Technical information

Our hosting infrastructure receives ordinary request information, including IP addresses and browser headers. To limit repeated submissions, the app temporarily stores a hashed IP identifier and request count for up to 15 minutes; expired entries are removed on a subsequent submission. Your IP address is not stored with your waitlist entry.

Your choice

The consent box is empty by default. Joining is optional and is only for launch and early access communication. You can ask to leave the list by replying to any launch or early access email. Your registration remains on the list until it is removed; it does not become an app account automatically.

Cookies and tracking

This form does not use analytics scripts, advertising pixels, or tracking cookies. Fonts are hosted with the app. We do not request payment details or repository access.
